We build and own vertical SaaS for the long term. One vertical. Deep. Software that runs 90% of an operator's daily workflow. When our software is the system of record, switching cost is permanent and pricing power compounds. Free cash flow is reinvested.

How we work

100% remote. Outcome-driven. We don't track hours. 20 hours per week, because focused part-time beats distracted full-time. Async by default. Meetings are a last resort, not a habit. Pay is top 25% of local market. Equity available to decision-makers only, purchased at fair value from earned compensation. No vesting. Promotions on demonstrated capability, not tenure.

Focus

We build vertical SaaS from scratch using an AI-native development stack. Production cost is a fraction of traditional software teams. This lets us enter verticals too small for VC-backed competitors and run profitably at low ARR. Tech stack chosen for decade-plus durability. Boring tech, long half-life. We build once, maintain cheaply, avoid rewrites. Acquisitions come later, once the build muscle is proven.
